Delivery Information

  1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. Should an item or equipment from your order be unavailable when you place it, we'll promptly notify you and present two options: a. Provide a replacement part with similar or superior functions to meet your requirements. b. Issue a refund using the original payment method.
     

  2. Delivery Location Your order can be collected from our warehouses in major Australian cities - the pickup slip will be provided, or delivered to customers within Australia and overseas.
     

  3. Delivery Time Upon placing your order, you'll receive an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that delivery times are estimates starting from the shipping date, not the order date. They serve as a rough guideline and are contingent upon order acceptance and approval.
    We strive to fulfil orders within 5 business days from the date of confirmation. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that we do not dispatch shipments on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices, delivery locations, shipping methods, and item availability.
    Additionally, products may be dispatched in separate shipments from various warehouses.

    5. Shipping Costs Shipping charges are determined by your order's weight and chosen delivery method. To calculate your order's shipping costs, simply add desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping charges will then be displayed. Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas, oversized or heavy items, or combined shipments. Should there be any additional charges, we'll contact you before shipment to confirm all costs.



    6. Damaged Items in Transit
    If you notice any visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and immediately contact us through your order update form or via WhatsApp messaging.
